“We’re continually exploring ways to expand and evolve the Herman Miller footprint, with additional stores on the horizon over the coming years,” says Debbie Propst, president of global retail for MillerKnoll, Herman Miller’s parent company. “Biltmore Fashion Park is a natural location for our offering, and we’re looking forward to being able to better serve the community with this stunning new space. Whether shopping for your living spaces, designing a new home office or gaming set-up or outfitting a small business, our location will be a resource for both consumers and designers. Customers will also have access to our Design Concierge program, which provides incredible services and expertise, such as mood board development, site visits and 3D renderings. Herman Miller Phoenix will be ready to support and inspire customers in early 2026.”

Set to open by the end of the year, Alo Yoga will occupy 4,349 square feet in the former My Sister’s Closet storefront. The Los Angeles-based label is acclaimed for blending studio-ready gear with street-smart style, and the new store will offer a full assortment of apparel, accessories and clean beauty products.

Joining the culinary offerings at Biltmore Fashion Park, La La Land Kind Café will debut its first Phoenix location, filling a 1,261-square-foot space near True Food Kitchen. Founded in Texas with a mission to support foster youth through employment and mentorship, the café has become beloved for its upbeat atmosphere, feel-good lattes and vibrant aesthetic.

Building on the property’s revitalization, lululemon will more than double the brand’s existing footprint from 2,738 square feet to 5,666 square feet and will be located between Williams Sonoma and Madison Reed. Known for its loyal following and community-focused activations, the retailer has temporarily relocated onsite to allow uninterrupted service during the buildout of its larger, upgraded location, which will debut in fall 2025.

“Biltmore Fashion Park has long served as a destination for timeless style and experiential shopping in Phoenix,” said Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED Development. “As we continue shaping its future, we’re proud to introduce brands that not only meet the evolving expectations of our guests but help define them. These latest additions reflect the spirit of modern luxury, where design, wellness and community intersect, and signal the kind of elevated, intentional evolution we’ve envisioned.”

Since taking full ownership of the property last year, RED plans to unveil a multi-phased redevelopment vision that honors its midcentury-modern roots while turning it into a renowned mixed-use destination. The plans include new mixed-use offerings to further elevate the prestigious corner of 24th Street and Camelback. With upgraded landscaping, lighting and placemaking enhancements in design for completion in 2026, RED is focused on creating a refreshed, community-centered hub that blends heritage with innovation.

Further cementing its role as a civic heart, the center recently welcomed nearly 1,000 attendees for Global Running Day, a large-scale event powered by lululemon and hosted in partnership with Phoenix Run Club, Scottsdale Run Club and BLK Arizona Run Club. The high-energy evening included an uplifting group run, social activations and live music. Upcoming events include the 50th Annual Phoenix 10K, 5K, Half and Full Marathon, which will start and finish at the property on Nov. 9. Looking ahead, the annual Art d’Core gala, hosted by Artlink Inc., the nonprofit behind Downtown Phoenix’s First Fridays and a key connector of artists, businesses and communities across Arizona, will return in 2026.

As the state’s original luxury outdoor shopping and dining destination, Biltmore Fashion Park is home to more than 45 shops and restaurants, including national names and local favorites. Flagship retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue, Ralph Lauren and Macy’s anchor the center, alongside popular destinations such as Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, J.Crew, Williams Sonoma, True Food Kitchen, Blanco Cocina + Cantina and Pomo Pizzeria.
