California Pools & Landscape, a leader in backyard design and construction, released their state-of-the-art project management app, MY CPL Customer Portal. The app allows consumers to access real time progress on their backyard project through their individualized customer portal. The MY CPL app compliments the Backyard Dreambook app, a design app used by prospective buyers or “dreamers” to customize dreambooks with individually selected features and design concepts during the buying process.

The California Pools & Landscape consumer job portal application, MY CPL Customer Portal, provides customers with up to date information about their construction projects. Information includes pictures, dates of completed work, upcoming schedules, communication tools, account balances, payment submittals, and document storage of contract, change orders and construction plans. This app allows the consumer to communicate with the California Pools & Landscape team members working on the backyard project. The MY CPL Customer Portal app is available free for IOS and Android through Google Play and the App Store for all CPL clients.

California Pools & Landscape also created a trade partner portal, which allows effective communication with vendors to provide efficient project completions. These tools include a current work queue, project schedules, individual communication though a messaging system, instant access to most current building plans, ability to upload pictures of completed work, and a simple response center to let everyone know when the work is completed.   Instant access to this project information enables trade partners to work efficiently and reduces delays between phases of construction resulting in faster construction time for customers.
