The lots are ideally situated at the foothills of the Sonoran desert mountains and offers convenient access to the Loop 303.

William Ryan Homes’ Alicante neighborhood recently started pre-sales and features three floorplans ranging from 2,455 to 4,207 square feet with options for a second-story loft and up to four bedrooms. Pricing for Alicante by William Ryan Homes starts from the $360s and a grand opening of their model is planned for this fall.
“We have a sense of true pride around the last phase of lot sales in The Village at Vistancia that includes a great mix of top quality builders,” said Mark Hammons, vice president/general manager of Vistancia.
The Village at Vistancia community offers a wide range of home styles, lifestyle and recreational experiences and fun for the whole family. Residents have access to two recreation centers, offering year-round activity. The 15,000-square-foot Mountain Vista Club features three pools and two waterslides, an indoor basketball gymnasium, four lighted tennis courts, and an event lawn home for resident events. Homeowners also enjoy the Foothills Center which features a six-lane lap pool, children’s playground and picnic ramada.
Vistancia residents can bike, rollerblade, run or walk the 3.5-mile Discovery Trail connecting the entire community, providing adventure and education with interactive gardens and walkways, while linking neighborhoods to schools and other amenities for enjoying the great outdoors. A cultural walk, wildlife viewing area and solar garden are among the trail’s distinctive themes.
Vistancia is now focused on the development of the master plan’s final remaining 3,450 acres that is located north of the CAP canal, and nestled between the White Peak and Twin Buttes mountains.
“We are ready to move our development to the northern portion of our master plan,” Hammons said. “From the elevated natural desert environment, to the epic views, and the overall feeling of being connected by nature away from the bustle of the city, we have saved the best for last and we’re excited about the future of Vistancia.”
