Ben & Jack’s Steakhouse Prickly Pear Margarita is a refreshing blend of tequila, agave nectar and fruity juices. When you taste it, you will feel immediately replenished from those scorching summer days.
Prickly Pear Margarita
2 ounces Reposado Tequila
1/2 ounce agave nectar
3/4 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce Prickly Pear Puree
Pink salt (for the rim of the glass)
Ice
Take your shaker tin and add ice, tequila, agave nectar, lime juice and prickly pear puree. Shake vigorously. Take a martini glass and salt the rim with the pink salt. Pour the mixture into the glass and add a lemon/lime wedge for garnish and enjoy this refreshing and flavorful summer cocktail.
