Humble Bistro, a locally renowned eatery celebrated for its international cuisine and ambient atmosphere is excited to announce the grand opening of its new location on Saturday, Nov. 15. The bistro is located at 222 E. Jefferson Street in Phoenix and will serve lunch, happy hour and dinner.

“We are thrilled to expand Humble Bistro to the heart of downtown Phoenix and integrate ourselves into a thriving community,” Jorge Gomez, chef and partner of Humble Bistro said. “We look forward to welcoming our new neighbors to our beautiful space – not just for wonderful cuisine, but for a “Not So” Humble experience.”
This 3,300 square foot space is located on the bottom floor of the Adeline Luxury Living building. The dining space will fit approximately 24 tables, and the bar will have 12 seats like the High Street Humble Bistro.
Known as both a romantic date night destination and a family favorite, guests can now add Humble Bistro to their night out ahead of events in Phoenix. Humble invites all to enjoy shareable starters, collection of artisanal pizzas and flatbreads, fresh in-house made pasta, and a curated list of handcrafted spirits featuring selections from around the globe. The wines available by the glass and bottle are meticulously curated, trot the globe spanning copious regions, varietals and priced between $25 and $150 per bottle, offering exceptional quality at approachable price points. Additionally, there will be weekly and daily food and drink specials.
