Inde MotorsportsRanch, a private, members-only club built for true motorsports enthusiasts, celebrates its 10th anniversary this month. Since its founding, Inde has grown its private club into a national industry leader for all motorsports enthusiasts who value quality track time and friendly hospitality. Inde is recognized worldwide for its facilities, track versatility and access to custom tailored, private coaching.

CJ Dorland, of Tucson, and his father, Graham, founded the world-class facility on 1,700 acres after a years-long regional site search. Located in the high desert in Cochise County, the area rarely exceeds 100 degrees in the Arizona summer, making it a true year-round escape, offering guaranteed, quality track time for members to accelerate their own cars and motorcycles in a comfortable and safe environment. The Dorlands operate Inde as a family-owned business with a close-knit staff dedicated to ensuring each member’s experience exceeds expectations.

“Our family’s goal was to build a motorsports facility that is different from your typical country club. Our members appreciate the value of calling Inde their home track while having the freedom and flexibility to enjoy Inde as they see fit. This approach has allowed us to welcome members from all over North America. We couldn’t be prouder of the strong sense of community our members have created; it is simply amazing to experience,” said CJ Dorland, President of Inde Motorsports Ranch.

The dynamic 2.75-mile, 21-turn road course offers nearly a mile of accumulative straightaways as well as 200’ of natural elevation changes combining uphill and downhill corners and straights, blind apexes, hairpins, sweepers, negative and positive camber turns. Arizona’s only SCCA nationally certified track can accommodate more than 40 unique configurations and be bifurcated to simultaneously run two separate road courses. Inde also has a five-acre performance skid pad with a karting circuit to teach drivers the dynamics of car control in a skid car, work on fundamentals of karting or utilize the space for team building events.

“Inde’s approach to driver development is not what you experience at other tracks or schools. I love the freedom to work with our members on a one-on-one basis and develop a custom-tailored program that helps them achieve and exceed their motorsport goals,” said Nick Aiuto, Inde’s Chief Driving Instructor.

Inde offers concierge services including vehicle trackside preparation so cars are always race ready. Inde also provides a clubhouse, elevated viewing lounge, driver development programs, competition racing school, IMR Riders Club and the members’ only IMR Challenge Series.

Additionally, Inde offers the broader community unique corporate retreat and excursion experiences. The team also offers prospective members a private track experience called the ‘Taste of Inde’ which puts guests into the driver’s seat with professional coaching staff, provides and overnight stay in a trackside casita and offers a gourmet meal under the stars.  The Taste of Inde was created to provide an in-depth glimpse into the privileges members enjoy all year round.

“Inde Motorsports Ranch is truly unparalleled,” said Dr. Mark Russell, an Inde Executive Member. “The challenging 2.75-mile course, with its 40 configurations, and the amazing grounds and facilities are guaranteed to please even the most discriminating driving or riding aficionados. From the beautifully appointed casitas, to the fantastic meals prepared by the staff, to the flawless car preparation by the IMR technicians….it is THE complete package.”

Inde’s facilities, encompassing more than 75,000 square feet, include 12 luxury trackside casitas with overnight member lodging, custom trackside garage pads with a second-floor that can accommodate overnight stays are available for purchase as well as over 60 individual private member garages on-site. Inde has a 5-star service commitment with experienced staff, including trackside support and gourmet meals.

Many members fly-in-and-drive utilizing the FAA-approved private airport on-site with a 3,800’ runway. Private air travel is available from anywhere in the Southwest. Flights from Scottsdale take only 40 minutes.

Located in southern Arizona’s breathtaking landscape, Geronimo once ran here and the Apache people once roamed here. The name Inde comes from the Apache word for “People,” exactly what Inde is – a thriving community of motorsports enthusiasts.
