Bar Brawl, Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain’s own cocktail showdown, returns to jade bar this summer for a new round of bouts between the region’s top mixologists.
The competition launches July 17 with match-ups at jade bar every Sunday at 8:30 p.m. Winners of the initial four battles will move on to semifinals on Aug. 14 and 21. A championship bout on Aug. 28 will leave only one bartender standing to claim the Bar Master title and grand prize. Spectators can enjoy DJ entertainment and a menu of “Bar Brawl Bites” at happy hour prices, starting at 8 p.m. each evening of the competition.

With Sanctuary’s star Executive Chef Beau MacMillan as emcee and lead mixologist Eddie Aces stepping in to referee, each three-round brawl kicks off at 8:30 p.m. and focuses on specific sprits and ingredients. Cocktails will be judged by a panel of local celebrities.
