Arizona Culinary Institute
Beginning Sept. 19, the Arizona Culinary Institute invites wine lovers to join its popular wine tasting series in Fall/Winter 2019. Each month the Institute will feature a wine tasting menu with four courses and a flight of wines carefully paired with the food. These multi-course monthly wine tasting events have been artfully crafted by Management Instructor Kristina Ferro and Chef Instructor James West, both of whom teach Advanced Restaurant Operations to upper-level students at Arizona Culinary Institute. The evenings will be executed by the students of ACI as they learn Fine Dining Service, Wine and Food Pairing and the Culinary Brigade System during their final semester at ACI. Tickets to these memorable evenings are limited and sell out fast, so don’t delay.
