The Adobe Restaurant at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is throwing a launch party on Friday, November 20th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to celebrate its restaurant and patio redesign, along with refreshed menu. The celebration will feature live music from local favorites Nate Nathan and the MacDaddy-o’s Band. Plus, attendees that bring one or more nonperishable items to donate to St. Mary’s Food Bank will receive their first drink for $.01.
“Our vision for the Adobe Restaurant was to modernize the space and introduce new menu concepts and fun promotions,” said General Manager Pamela Vincent. “From business lunches to post-round snacks and beers to after work happy hours, The Adobe continues to be the neighborhood go-to for a good time among friends.”
Originally built in 1928 as the Wrigley Mansion’s barn, The Adobe is an iconic Phoenix property nestled against the greens at the award-winning Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. A Biltmore-area favorite, the restaurant underwent a refresh to highlight an expanded bar and complete interior update. The Adobe’s course-facing patio is even more welcoming than before with new furniture and a fire pit. Historic characteristics of The Adobe, such as the colorful ceiling commissioned by Mrs. Wrigley, were preserved. Lining the interior walls are past President’s photographs, such as John F. Kennedy, and celebrities like Clark Gable, all of whom have frequented this historic property.
To honor The Adobe’s legacy, the Fall/Winter menu incorporates more golf-inspired fares including the Hole in One Nachos, the On the Green Burger and the B.L.Tee Sandwich made with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato and garlic aioli on toasted brioche.
The Adobe Restaurant is located at the Arizona Biltmore at 2400 East Missouri Avenue and is open from 6:30 a.m. daily with happy hour starting at 2 p.m..
