The Arizona Cardinals and Westgate Entertainment District have teamed up again this season to host a “Cardinals Preflight Party at Westgate” before every regular season home game at Westgate’s WaterDance Plaza, adjacent to the $6 million Bellagio-esque dancing fountains, starting with the team’s home opener vs. the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, Sept. 13.

The free, pre-game festivities, which are within walking distance of the stadium, begin three hours before kickoff and last year attracted thousands of fans per game to enjoy music, Cardinals Cheerleaders autograph sessions, Cardinals-themed inflatables, a photo booth, a beer garden for 21-and-over crowd and other fan-friendly interactive experiences.  Football fanatics don’t need a ticket to the game to participate in the fun and can catch the televised game after the festivities from any of Westgate’s 20 bars and restaurants.

Westgate will also offer events on-site during away games and viewing parties at select Westgate restaurants and bars.

“Westgate Entertainment District is the gathering place for football fans looking for a vibrant, exciting environment before home or away games,” said Jeff Teetsel, Westgate’s development manager. “Our partnership with the Arizona Cardinals on the preflight parties provides fans with a high-quality, festive outdoor environment alongside the more than 20 venues that we have to eat and drink.”
