James Beard Award winning Chef Christopher Gross announced the opening of the long anticipated Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion (2501 E. Telawa Trail) on March 23, 2021. Reservations are now available for March 23 and beyond on Tock.

Showcasing 180-degree views, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a retractable roof for tepid Arizona evenings, Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion is set adjacent to the historic Wrigley Mansion in a modern, intimate, 26-seat and 1,500 square foot space. Having spent his career learning, creating, exploring, experiencing, and embracing his love of food, wine, and hospitality, Chef Christopher Gross shares his passion for gastronomy offering a seasonally driven eight-course tasting menu made with the finest ingredients available. Guests are invited to fill their senses with the talents of local artisans: the farmers, architects, and artists of Arizona that have helped create Christopher’s at The Wrigley Mansion.

“Gastronomy has led me around the world learning, creating, exploring, experiencing, and embracing my love of food, wine, and hospitality,” says Chef Christopher Gross, Executive Chef and Director of Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion. “As we focus on providing an extraordinary experience for our guests, we consider all options. A tasting menu is exciting; an experience filled with wonder and anticipation. But we are also aware that sometimes we want to enjoy a simpler yet distinctive meal. In addition to our tasting menu, we will soon offer Christopher’s Classics on Sundays and Mondays, and a lighter tasting menu as our Bistro Lunch, Tuesdays through Saturdays.”

Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion, designed by architect Wendell Burnett, features a custom-built wood fire oven so guests can watch as their meal is prepared, along with prominent artwork from the late Yves Klein, the creator of the famed IKB (International Klein Blue), and Klein’s widow, Rotraut Klein-Moquay. The space also features special touches such as Arcosanti artisan-created Soleri Bells modified as plate covers along with custom dining tables with drawers and personal table lamps.

Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion is open Tuesday-Saturday from 5-10 pm. The eight-course Chef’s Tasting Menu is available for $250/person, with optional wine pairings available for $230/person. Additional menus for Christopher’s Classics and the Bistro will be available in the coming weeks.
