The Sicilian Butcher, a charcuterie bar and Sicilian-inspired restaurant featuring Sicilian style charcuterie boards, craft meatballs and hand cut pasta

The Sicilian Baker, a cannoli bar, pasticceria and Italian market next door to The Sicilian Butcher

• Nouveau Mexican restaurant, The Mexicano, brings a margarita bar, elevated Mexican cuisine like lava rock fajitas, three-foot quesadillas and molcajetes

The Rosticceria

Coming to Paradise Valley and near its sister restaurant, The Mexicano, is The Rosticceria featuring wood-fried meats and Arizona’s first Italian rotisserie wood-fired grill. A unique build-your-own antipasto bar with over 70 items, roasted meats from porchetta to Sicilian sausage, craft cocktails, casual fun meets urban sexy decor, gold wood-fired pizza ovens, rotisserie grills imported from Italy and live music will all be a part of the dining experience.

The Italiano

A new chapter for the Maggiore legacy and dedicated to Chef Joey Maggiore’s Italian heritage, The Italiano will be a casual elegant Italian restaurant with mod-iterranean design and food. Chef Joey’s father and culinary legend, Tomaso Maggiore founded Italian institution, Tomaso’s, on the Camelback Corridor in 1977 and now the second generation restaurateur is taking after his father’s footsteps with a modern Italian restaurant.
