Chef Justin Beckett wants to help families not only survive but thrive this holiday season by offering some tips, tricks and recipes to holiday home chefs.
Starting November 10th, Chef Beckett will post some tips and recipes for his favorite holiday dishes on Facebook (facebook.com/SouthernRailAZ) and Instagram (@southernrailaz). Home cooks can impress their guests on the big day with dishes like Chef Beckett’s famous brussels sprouts and his Ultimate Leftover Sandwich.
Then on Thanksgiving Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Chef will be taking to Twitter (@ChefBeckettAZ) to answer Turkey Day culinary questions like, “How do I save my lumpy mashed potatoes?” or “Why isn’t my turkey skin crispy?”
Once the big day is over, Southern Rail steps in to help with the recovery with three days of relaxed southern style brunch, starting on Black Friday and continuing through the weekend (10 a.m. – 3 p.m.). Home cooks can get out of the kitchen, impress those out-of town guests with the awesome Arizona weather on the Southern Rail patio, and best of all, no cleaning-up!
