Copper Leaf Gastrolounge is partnering with local brewing behemoth, SanTan Brewing Company, to present a beer tasting like no other on November 4th from 6 – 8pm for only $30 per person.
Old Town Scottsdale’s newest spot for upscale pub-grub will be presenting a 5-course menu with full pint beer pairings. There will be an appetizer, three main courses, and a dessert with a different beer pairing for each. A representative from SanTan Brewing Company will accompany Copper Leaf chef and owner Todd Williams to guide the tasters and explain how the palettes pair. The delectable menu is as follows:
