Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain has a festive Easter Sunday planned on March 27, 2016. Starting with an early morning Easter Egg Hunt at 8:30 a.m. for local spa members and hotel guests, the celebration continues with a quintessential Easter Brunch in elements restaurant and an Easter Buffet in The Views ballroom, both crafted under the direction of Executive Chef Beau MacMillan.

The complete three-course prix fixe Easter Brunch menu at elements is available at www.sanctuaryaz.com. Brunch is $85 per person ($95 with sparkling wine) and $30 for children 12 and younger, served from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Prices exclude tax, gratuity and beverages.

In addition to a complimentary welcome of Sticky Buns with Caramel and Toasted Pecans, menu highlights include Roasted Artichoke and Mushroom Tart with Boursin Cheese and Smoked Tomato Jam; Vodka Cured Salmon with Crispy Leek and Potato Galette; Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Forbidden Rice and Spiced Rock Shrimp and Cucumber Salad; Kurobuta Pork Schnitzel with Spiced Cabbage, Sunny Up Egg and Sausage Gravy; Liquid Center Chocolate Torte with Buttermilk Ice Cream and Key Lime Panna Cotta Parfait with Graham Cracker Crunch and Toasted Meringue.

In Sanctuary’s The Views ballroom (aptly named for the sweeping Paradise Valley vista that streams in from its floor-to-ceiling windows), a celebratory Easter Buffet is planned. Chef MacMillan and team will prepare an elaborate smorgasbord of seasonal dishes for $75 per person ($85 with sparkling wine) and $25 for children 12 and younger. The buffet will be served from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Prices exclude tax, gratuity and beverages.
