Celebrate the holidays with Christmas Day Brunch at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa. Guests are invited to enjoy memorable gourmet dining in the Sonoran Ballroom with all of the special touches of a grand meal without any of the work, leaving festivities with friends and family to continue on stress- and hassle-free.
Festive classics and unique spins on traditional dishes will be served buffet style. Starters include a chilled seafood station with Gulf Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, and Classic Mexican Ceviche, as well as tasty sides such as Honey-Maple Carrot Salad, Warm Triple Crème Brie, Roasted Sweet Potato Soup, and more.
A wide variety of entrée choices will please all palates. Featured entrées range from Blackened Red Snapper served with shrimp, avocado, and tequila beurre blanc, to Eggs Benedict with lemony hollandaise sauce; from Herbs de Provence Chicken, to Belgium Waffles with warm syrup and whipped butter. A carving station will delight with Bourbon Glazed Ham or Pecan Smoked Prime Rib of Beef sliced fresh to order. Diners can add on warm savory sides of their choice, like Sage Sausage Links, Gorgonzola Scalloped Potatoes, Chef’s Garden Vegetable Medley, and Applewood Smoked Bacon.
More than 20 different dessert options will be available to finish the meal on a sweet note. Special holiday classics like Bûche de Noël and Eggnog Cheesecake will satisfy seasonal cravings, while traditionally delicious cakes, cookies, and pies round out the choices with Mini Mousse Shooters, White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, and Cashew Tartlets.
Brunch will be served in the resort’s Sonoran Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Christmas Day Brunch Buffet is $59 for adults, $25 for kids 5 to 11 years old, and kids under 4 years old eat free. Reservations are required.
On Christmas Eve, GOLD will offer à la carte fine dining with holiday dinner specials to savor while taking in breathtaking views of the expansive Tucson cityscape. Christmas Eve dinner at GOLD will be served from 5 to 10 p.m. Reservations are required. GOLD will also serve breakfast and lunch on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas Day from 6:30 to 11 a.m.
Visitors will have their choice of a casual setting, as well, at Lookout, which will be open from 2 to 11 p.m. on Christmas Eve and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Christmas Day.
