Kimpton’s FireSky Resort & Spa named William “Mac” McNally the new Food and Beverage Director earlier this spring. With more than a decade of industry experience, McNally’s responsibilities include overseeing the overall direction and operation of the resort’s in room dining, banquet services and bar programs.
“Mac is a phenomenal addition to the already outstanding FireSky team,” said Cheryl Martin, general manager at FireSky Resort and Spa. “Mac and Chef Massimo de Francesca make excellent partners and we trust that they will continue to impress guests with new and creative food and beverage options for the guests.”
Prior to joining the Kimpton team, McNally most recently served as the director of restaurants & bars at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa in Chandler, Ariz. His career also included stints at the W Hotel in Hollywood, Bourbon Steak in Scottsdale and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Phoenix. McNally is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the W.P Carey School of Business.
