Starting October 22nd, Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse invites guests to ditch the conventional happy hour menu and experience a taste of Southern Brazil with Brazilian-inspired small plates, cocktails, wines, and beers.
The Fogo de Chão happy hour menu is available Monday – Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Fogo de Chão locations nationwide.
“We are very excited to debut Happy Hour at all of our US locations. Happy Hour will help us build on the momentum of our recently launched modern bar menu. These special prices for some of our most popular items will entice new guests to try Fogo and be another way for our loyal guests to visit on a different occasion,” says Fogo de Chão Director of Marketing Andy Feldmann.
One of the standout options on the happy hour menu is The Picanha Sirloin Sliders, which features thinly sliced house specialty picanha topped with chimichurri aioli, served on the famous Fogo de Chão pão de queijo cheese bread. The sliders are a fun and distinctive appetizer, perfect for sharing. Other favorites include the Grilled Beef Tenderloin Skewers served with chimichurri sauce to dip or drizzle over the top, and the Crispy Parmesan Polenta Fries served with a sweet and spicy Malagueta dipping sauce.
In addition, the popular Brazilian Martini and classic Fogo Caipirinha are refreshing companions to any happy hour small plate. The full menu at this authentic Southern Brazilian steakhouse is available in the main dining area and features an extensive variety of delectable, fire-roasted meats that are specially carved by gaucho chefs to each guest’s preference.
Diners can enjoy selections such as the house specialty picanha sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, lamb chops, chicken wrapped in bacon, and pork ribs, to name a few, or try the newly-introduced lighter seafood selection.
Additionally, Fogo offers a colorful gourmet salad and sides bar with an abundance of fresh and seasonal choices. Southern Brazilian side dishes such as pão de queijo (warm cheese bread), crispy hot polenta, and caramelized bananas are served family style. A tempting dessert menu, creative and classic cocktails, and an award-winning wine list complement the dining experience.
