Hash Kitchen is opening its doors to the residents of Arcadia, a coveted Phoenix neighborhood with its legendary build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, creative remixes on brunch classics, playful cocktails and a DJ booth for rotating guest DJs at the ultimate brunch destination. The new Hash Kitchen location will debut June 12.

“The continued growth of our other Hash Kitchen concepts has allowed us the opportunity to serve the Arcadia community with the best brunch in town,” said co-founder and executive chef of The Maggiore Group Chef Joey Maggiore. “We can’t wait to bring our fun, over-the-top and completely one-of-a-kind experience to this great neighborhood.”

Like the other three locations, the Hash Kitchen in Arcadia will have a hip brunch party atmosphere meet a chef-driven menu and forward-thinking bar program. Among the menu highlights developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore include shareable starters such as a craft bacon board and smoked salmon board, signature hashes including the carnitas hash, decadent French toasts, waffles, and pancakes including the cannoli pancakes, as well as various scramblers, frittatas and eggs benedict such as a pretzel eggs benedict with beer cheese hollandaise.

The brunch cocktail program is spearheaded by cocktail master and Guinness World Record holder Sheldon Wiley and features slushies with spiced rum presented in disco balls and topped with hand-spun cotton candy, cereal shooter flights, a throwback to the ‘90s, with flavors such as Fruity Pebbles and Captain Crunch, coffee cocktails, and speciality mimosas including an oversized mimosa made with strawberry boba, strawberry puree and prosecco. The build-your-own Bloody Mary bar experience will allow guests to choose their own house-infused vodka flavors, salt rims, made-from-scratch Bloody Mary mixes such as classic and habanero, and over 60 toppings such as fried ravioli, beef jerky, pickles and much more.

The elevated brunch party aesthetic includes Instagrammable walls, greenery, an indoor-outdoor bar and a photo station perfect for capturing selfies in a 3,900 square-foot bright, vibrant space. The stylish dining room will seat 100.

Hospitality visionary Joey Maggiore comes from a family-owned culinary concept group that was established by his father, Tomaso Maggiore with its first restaurant, Tomaso’s on the Camelback Corridor in 1977. The Maggiore Group has gone on to produce multiple Valley favorites including Sicilian Butcher and Sicilian Baker alongside designer Christina Maggiore, business partner Flora Tersigni and creative visionary Fred Nguyen.

Located on 4315 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix, the restaurant will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information about Hash Kitchen, visit www.hashkitchen.com or call 602-612-5580.
