Casual dining meets cocktail culture this summer at J&G Steakhouse in Scottsdale. Dubbed the Summer Social Menu, this collection of sharable small plates is bringing the bold, comfortable flavors of a gastro-pub to this fine dining steakhouse located atop The Phoenician Resort. Inspired by Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group’s gastro-pub concept, Cook Hall (located inside W Atlanta and W Dallas), this new menu featuring crisp, seasonal and surprisingly hearty small plates will be available in both the bar area and the main dining room, alongside J&G’s regular summer menu.
J&G’s Summer Small Plates Menu:
- West Coast oysters, Cucumber mignonette
- Deviled eggs, Peekytoe crab meat
- Popcorn Shrimp, Ranch and Herbs
- Roasted Radish Crostini
- Baby Back Ribs, Peanut Crunch
- Crispy pork Belly Sliders, Chili Mayonnaise
Also new this season, guests will be tempted by an all-new menu of DIY Cocktail Kits. Housed in sturdy baskets, each tabletop kit contains one top-shelf spirit of your choice, such as gin, bourbon or rum, paired with a variety of house-made mixers, fresh fruit-infused syrups, bitters, fresh herbs and everything else you need to whip up your own custom cocktail creation. Each kit also includes recipe suggestions, bar tools, and of course, your very own cocktail shaker. So get together with friends and get creative without spending a fortune on the tools of the trade – and who knows, J&G’s master mixologists might just show you a trick or two along the way.
Each cocktail kit comes with the following, plus your choice of spirit:
Lemongrass lemon base, simple syrup, Magic Lime Syrup, Cherry Yuzu Base, Ginger Lime Base, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Pineapple Habanero Shrub, Absinthe Wormwood Tincture, Peychaud’s Bitters, Angostura Bitters, Mint, Shiso Leaves, Cilantro, Thai Basil Leaves, Cucumber, Pineapple, Limes, Lemons, Ginger Beer, Club Soda, and Tonic.
