Fans of La Piazza PHX in the heart of downtown Phoenix are about to have even more compelling, delicious incentives to visit the much talked-about, VPN (Verace Pizza Napoletana) certified pizzeria this spring with the debut of their new weekday happy hour, new rotating lunch specials, and most noticeably to passersby: a new outdoor patio along the award-winning restaurant’s 1st Street entrance.
Passionate La Piazza PHX’s Chef and Owner Justin Piazza’s new weekday happy hour offerings include new food and drink specials designed to keep locals and visitors alike lingering in good spirits with $7 classic margherita pizzas, $2 off all wine and cocktails (including Negronis on tap!), as well as $1 off all bottled beers. The new happy hour menu is available now, every Monday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
La Piazza PHX’s new midday meal offerings include new daily chalkboard specials (price varies), as well as $8 margherita pizzas, $6 bowls of pomodoro pasta, and your choice of any panini for $6. All of it is handmade to order and served fast for the Downtown office, convention and student crowds on quick lunch breaks. Lunch is available every Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Loyal guests will also notice La Piazza PHX’s sharp new curb appeal along 1st St., as construction is now complete on a new semi-covered outdoor patio area with seating for up to 10 guests giving both patrons and passing pedestrians alike a new perch to relax, dine, and of course, people watch in perfect Arizona weather.
“We’ve got the patio open just in time for the new lunch and happy hour menus launch, and not to mention, some of the most perfect weather of the year,” Piazza said. “We’re cooking up something to satisfy just about every craving over here – we love Downtown and want everyone to come and enjoy what new things we have happening here.”
