There’s a fresh, flavorful new addition coming to the Scottsdale Quarter, and it tastefully bridges the gap between high-quality sourcing and fast-casual service. MIXT, a California-based restaurant known for its elevated take on farm-fresh salads, colorful grain bowls, sandwiches and protein-packed plates, will be one of the first concepts in Scottsdale Quarters’ brand-new wing.

Slated to open next month, MIXT brings an entirely unique farm-to-table “fast-casual” dining experience characterized by the likes of habit-forming salads made from over 75 fresh ingredients, chef-crafted meals customized to your liking, a healthy kids’ menu, small-label wine and craft beer, and even a “Salad Valet.” a.k.a., the MIXT Salet

Seasonally Inspired, World Positive

Scottsdale’s edition of MIXT marks the brand’s 16th location, with the other 15 spanning California and Texas. Each menu features from-scratch dishes made in-house with ingredients sourced as locally as possible and a menu that rotates seasonally to highlight produce when its at its tastiest.

“We’re beyond excited to bring MIXT’s delicious, sustainable, healthy food to Scottsdale,” says MIXT CEO and Co-Founder, Leslie Silverglide. “We’re looking forward to serving the growing number of Arizonans looking for fresh, delicious, and fulfilling meals that fit a health-conscious lifestyle.”

The menu will also feature the fast-casual eatery’s take on a perfect dinner: MIXT Market Plates. Market Plates offer a choice of chef-quality grilled proteins like herb-roasted chicken or steelhead, paired with a house-made sauce such as Carolina Gold BBQ, and two plant-based sides like grilled broccoli with chili flakes or the healthier MIXT twist on mac n’ cheese.

Kombucha fanatics and first-timers alike will enjoy an opportunity to try a variety of organic kombucha flavors on tap, as well as house-made iced teas, and lemonades. MIXT Scottsdale plans to offer local craft beer and boutique, small label wines to pair with their lunch and dinner fare.

Rooting its business practices in environmental sustainability,  MIXT is the first multi-unit restaurant concept to become a Certified B Corporation, serving up craveworthy well-balanced meals while using business as a force for good in the community.

Sit & Stay, or Grab and Go

So…what’s a Salad Valet? While MIXT’s modern and captivating indoor and outdoor patio options are eco-friendly and inviting, guests on-the-go can get their MIXT fix without having to leave their cars. Fresh food fans can simply place an order online or via the MIXT app, pull up outside MIXT Scottsdale in a dedicated pick up zone, have a tasty lunch or dinner delivered, and drive away within minutes. Bonus: the Salet offers an optional spa mist for your face and a fresh, chilled piece of fruit to complete your wellness experience.
