Over Easy is a Breakfast-Brunch-Lunch eatery, that opened its first restaurant in 2008 to acclaim as the best breakfast in Phoenix with a menu that offers a modern twist on the breakfast classics. Over Easy announces the addition of two more restaurants in valley, adding to the current 6 locations in Arizona. These locations include downtown Chandler, in the Overstreet complex, and North Scottsdale, in the Ancala Village Shopping Center. The Chandler location will open next week followed by North Scottsdale around Thanksgiving. Over Easy continues to extend its brand in the valley with a well-established reputation as the go-to-place for a great breakfast and lunch spot. The expansion plans for 2020 include new stores in Mesa, Queen Creek, the valley’s westside and Tucson.

Unlike the typical national breakfast chains, Over Easy prides itself on their fresh scratch kitchen with menu that includes; Chicken Fried Steak (featured on national TV programs), Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits, world class Benedicts and Omelets and a lunch menu serving custom burgers and sandwiches. The brand image projects a bright, fresh and fun atmosphere with inviting interiors which attract a wide range of customers, from all ages, including families and friends to business meetings. Over Easy valley locations are in Mesa, Gilbert along with the Arcadia, Biltmore communities and the Tatum and Shea PV neighborhood. Outside of the valley you will find Over Easy in Flagstaff, Bellingham WA and the Key Largo FL.
