The Four Points Sheraton (I-10 and Elliot) has partnered with Arizona’s Best Bet for Comedy, The Improvisors, for two weekend stints of improv comedy shows Friday and Saturday July 24 & 25 at 8:00 p.m. as well as Friday and Saturday August 14 & 15. There is a full dinner and bar menu available, doors open at 6 with the show at 8:00 and tickets are just $10 available online at www.TheComedySpot.net. Shows will be produced in both July and August.
The show is 90 minutes of hard-hitting, side-splitting improv comedy in the style of Whose Line is It Anyway?. The Host, takes suggestions from the audience, allowing patrons to co-create the experience with the troupe; each show is always fresh, and always funny. Players create characters, environments, and situations on the spot, based upon those suggestions from the audience. There’s a little bit of something for everyone: musical games, guessing games, and all-original games that The improvisors have developed as a troupe. “Any of our fans will tell you that you’re guaranteed to laugh until your face hurts,”. That’s exactly why everyone from first-timers to longtime fans can expect a one-of-a kind, unforgettable show, each and every time.
