On Thursday, May 24 at 10 p.m., well-known Sedona Chef Lisa Dahl will take center stage on Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay” where she’ll go head-to-head on the “Grill Me” episode for a chance to take on the celebrity chef himself, Bobby Flay.
The wildly popular Food Network show scouts top chefs from across the country to battle one another by preparing a signature dish using a secret ingredient. The winner advances to the final round with a chance to defeat Flay.
Dahl will compete against Louisiana Chef Nathan Gresham to determine who can smoke Bobby Flay. If Dahl wins, she’ll pick what type of food the two prepare for a panel of judges in a blind taste test.
Like Flay, Chef Dahl is a grill-master in her own right with grilled dishes and award-winning burgers gracing the menus at her four Sedona restaurants: Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill, Dahl & Di Luca, Cucina Rustica and Pisa Lisa.
