The Standard, an American kitchen & bar featuring chef inspired, cutting edge food and hand crafted classic cocktails using locally sourced ingredients, has opened its outdoor Streatside Patio. Located at 10050 N. Scottsdale, Rd., The Standard is open Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturday from 9 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Streatside Patio Lounge has plush couches, eight 50 inch TV’s, outdoor seating for 20 around the island bar, plus regular seating and the simple touch of home. The Streatside Patio Lounge features 16 draft beers, 4 tap wines and specialty cocktails. It’s the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat, watch a game, enjoy cocktails or for gather for a small business meeting.
The menu includes Homemade Pretzels with sweet hot mustard or smoked Gouda & Porter Beer cheese ($5), Wings ($10), Braised Brisket with caramelized onions and smoked Gouda cheesesteak on a Ciabatta Bun ($13), Tacos – pick any three: chicken, fish, beef, vegetarian or duck, ($10) and more.
Specialty cocktails include: The Standard Manhattan with Makers 46, Sweet Vermouth, Bitter; Strawberry Basil Martini with Azunia Platinum, Lemon Juice, Basil, Strawberries;White Sangria with Russian Standard Vodka, Peachtree, Sauvignon Blanc, St. Germain; Hard Lemonade with Tito’s Vodka, Mixed Berries, Jasmine Green Tea, Lemon Juice and Canadian Buck with Rye Whiskey, Lemon juice Apricot Pre-serve, Fresh Ginger Juice, plus many more.
The Streatside Patio Lounge offers happy hour specials daily and football specials during all NCAA and NFL games. In addition, The Standard is now offering a Weekend Brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. It features live music, Bloody Mary’s ($8), Bottomless Mimosas ($15), an Omelet Bar and delicious meal items such as Chicken and Waffles ($12), Lemon Ricotta Pancakes ($8), Eggs Benedict ($12) and Braised Brisket and Grits ($12).
