Today’s #ThirstyThursday is The Sugar Cookie and is brought to you by Aleks Karavay of Renegade by MOD. This delicious beverage had us wishing for sweater weather and cuddling up next to a fireplace. If I wasn’t already counting down the days to Christmas, you can bet I sure am now. Karavay crafted a drink that embodied a wintery feeling and he sure did nail that right on the head. Knowing he wanted to concoct a drink with the use of cinnamon-flavored vodka, he envisioned that a pear vodka would complement the flavor well. After playing around with the portions for a little while, adding some Bailey’s Irish Cream, and a swirled orange rind string, the drink was perfected. The aroma alone that this drink puts off is wonderful. In fact, if Bath and Body Works made a candle based off of the smell of this drink, I would totally buy it. I am waiting for the weather to cool down a bit more, before I head back over to Renegade by MOD to enjoy another one of Karavay’s Sugar Cookies!
Ingredients:
½ oz. Sobisky Cynamon Vodka
½ oz. Absolut Pear Vodka
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Steps:
- Combine Sobisky Cynamon Vodka, Absolut Pear Vodka, and Bailey’s Irish
The Sugar Cookie by Aleks Karavay. Cream
- Shake vigorously
- Strain
- Serve in small snifter
- Garnish with an orange rind
- Enjoy until your heart is content!
