- Scottsdale was rated second among Western U.S. cities, securing fourth place in the nation for a family & work-friendly environment;
- The city registered 128 green acres for every 1,000 residents, leading in this metric;
- At the same time, Scottsdale had the third-best percentage of the household median income going to childcare, at 12%, and the fourth-largest number of public schools per 100,000 children, at a little more than 310;
- The city also stood out in terms of remote work culture, with 82% of Scottsdale workers being engaged in office jobs — including nearly 27% in a remote format;
- Nationally, Washington, D.C. topped the ranking with high scores in both the work and health categories, with 25% of its workforce being remote and registering 350 pediatricians per 100,000 children.
