Designed to crackle with energy, and wrapped in sleek, luminous décor, the interior plays host to Sexy Roman’s luxurious and wild culinary ride. With the year-long wall-to-wall buildout nearly complete, this sweeping restaurant has been transformed by Alliance Hospitality Group.

Guests are greeted by crisply dressed waitstaff and welcomed by a beautiful backdrop with a glowing black marble bar top and cozy lounge with plush couch seating. Stepping into the airy main dining room, the sleek yet cozy tables sit under a soaring roof while the herringbone- pattern wood floor continues through the slide-away window walls to the spacious outdoor dining deck strung with live plants and nestled behind a towering privacy wall made from operable wood-slats to soak in the Arizona sun. The details don’t stop there, as the illuminated and recessed ceiling is a testament to how much attention to custom detail was put into the space.
Developed alongside chef and COO, Travis Strickland, Chef Franey’s menu tempts with delicious, luxe and shareable moments. Begin your culinary journey with offerings from the Raw Bar, like the ahi tuna crudo with eggplant caviar and harissa vinaigrette.
