Vestar, one of the leading privately held real estate companies in the western United States, announced today the upcoming opening of the first RH — Restoration Hardware — outlet store in Arizona at Crossroads Towne Center today. The 28,000-square-foot space will be located at 3757 S. Gilbert Road on the northeast corner of the Loop 202 in Gilbert, Ariz. and is a short-term lease.
The new RH outlet will offer furniture, lighting, textiles, bathware, décor and outdoor furnishings, as well as items from RH Baby & Child and RH TEEN.

Crossroads Towne Center is a 1.3-million-square-foot power and entertainment center located in Gilbert, Ariz. The center is leased to several top retailers including Walmart Supercenter, Super Target, Harkins Theatres, Home Depot, Ross, Michaels, Staples, Sport Chalet, PetSmart, Party City, Pier 1, Tilly’s and Famous Footwear.
