Sip + Shop Summer Market Series
The Sip + Shop Summer Market Series is back for 2023, featuring local chefs, purveyors, and some of the hotel’s favorite wines and spirits. Plus, new for 2023, celebrity chef dinners will be held in conjunction with each event. The indoor market events will be held on June 17, July 15, and Aug. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Sands and are free to attend. Each guest will receive a wristband for six tastings of wine, beer, and spirits and a 20% off voucher to use at ZuZu within 30 days. There will be live music as well as food by top local chefs and sweets from Pastry Chef Maria Arenas available for purchase. The celebrity chef dinners will be held on June 17, July 14, and Aug. 18 at 6 p.m. in Sands. Executive Chef Russell LaCasce and the guest chef will collaborate on a three-course menu with perfectly paired wines, featuring Lindsay Autry on June 17, Robert Irvine on July 14, and Rene Andrade and Beau MacMillan on Aug. 18. Each dinner includes a meet-and-greet reception with the chefs, and the cost is $199-$299 depending on the date selected (including tax and gratuity).
