Great Wolf Lodge Arizona

More family friendly options are coming to the Salt River area with the addition of the Great Wolf Lodge. It will feature a 85,000-square-foot water park and 27,000-square-foot entertainment center along with a 350-room hotel on the 18-acre property.   

TEN Distribution Center 1 

The 3.6-million-square-foot TEN Distribution Center industrial park will be located on 83rd Avenue near the confluence of Interstate 10 and the Loop 101 in Phoenix.

The Chandler Freeway Crossing provides Class A office space with immediate freeway access in one of the growing areas in the Valley. The facility will have open concept offices with 14-foot ceilings, a collaborative roof deck and plenty of parking spaces for growing companies.
