CoreNet Global Arizona Chapter will be holding its 3rd annual golf tournament on Wednesday, January 23 at the TPC of Scottsdale Stadium Course, located at 17020 N Hayden Rd in Scottsdale. The golf course will be prepared and ready for the Waste Management Phoenix Open. The CoreNet Classic, as the tournament is now known, will give golfers the rare opportunity to play the TPC Stadium Course on the final day before it shuts down for the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Registration starts at 10 a.m. with a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. The golf tournament will feature 18 holes of golf on the WMPO ready course, forecaddies, lunch, tournament keepsakes and a reception to follow. There is no better deal in commercial real estate industry golf events in town and this is the only tournament that is played on the TPC Stadium Course before the pros tee it up the following week. Players will be able to play the famed 16thhole, where just a week later, more than 20,000 fans will be cheering and sometimes booing their favorite PGA golfers. Thanks to our title sponsors Kitchell and hardison/downey, as well as our premier sponsors, SRP and Climatec for helping raise funds for the local Arizona Chapter of CoreNet, where all proceeds from the tournament go.

CoreNet utilizes funds to put on some of the best industry events in commercial and corporate real estate and has developed a real estate program with Arizona State University. The program with ASU is an optional, non-degree, non-credit, eight-session certificate class that will introduce students to the subject and profession of corporate real estate. The class is taught by corporate real estate practitioners who are members of CoreNet Global with the assistance of faculty from the Division of Real Estate at ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
