Pine Canyon, a private master-planned golf course and residential community in Flagstaff, Arizona, has broken ground on Mountain Vista, its newest residential option offering luxury condominium living. The village of condos offers buyers a chance to own a mountain getaway with access to all of Pine Canyon’s amenities, but without the burden of maintenance that can come with a single-family home.

While Pine Canyon has offered condominiums in the past, Mountain Vista marks the first time the community has featured this type of residential option, which includes plans to provide residents with access to a full-service concierge program. The first building will include four units and pricing is expected to start in the $700s. Pine Canyon has launched an online interest list and anticipates that pre-sales will begin later this summer.

“Condo living is attractive to a variety of buyers for a number of different factors, which is one of the reasons we anticipate that the strong demand we’ve already seen for Mountain Vista will only continue as the project progresses,” said Peter Burger, president of Symmetry Companies, which owns and manages Pine Canyon. “We are proud to be able to offer such a diversity of residential options at Pine Canyon. And, we feel that Mountain Vista is the ideal complement to our community’s existing neighborhoods and the surrounding natural landscape.”

Offering two- and three-bedroom layouts, Mountain Vista features four different floorplans and elevations that all include a patio, a deck or a courtyard. The residences will range in size from 1,861 to 1,986 square feet, but may stretch as far as 2,451 square feet when an optional guest casita is added. Owners will also have the option of choosing fully-furnished units.

Mountain Vista incorporates natural stone and rustic wood throughout open floorplans that flow from the living room to the kitchen to the dining area, while furnishing packages will offer farmhouse, modern, rustic and traditional styles, catering to a variety of preferences. And, oversized windows and sliding doors frame the community’s beautiful outdoor landscape and create a feeling of seamless indoor-outdoor living.
