Kennedy Lewis Investment Management bought 17.83 acres of land in San Tan Valley for $12,732,386, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The price breaks down to $190,035.61 each for 67 platted and engineered lots.
The land is located north and east of Gantzel and Bella Vista roads in San Tan Valley.

The seller was Lennar Homes.
The land is Parcel 3 of Bella Vista Farms Parcels C & D. The final plat for this subdivision was recorded about six weeks prior to this sale, so lot condition is assumed to be merely platted and engineered, but the sale price suggests a guaranteed finished agreement is in place.
