Here are the finalists for the office interiors project category:
Crest Insurance Group

- Developer: Hines
- General contractor: RWI Construction
- Architect: Phoenix Design One
- Subcontractors: Maplewood Cabinetry, Accent Marble & Granite, Mirror Works, Integrity Electrical Services, American Sound
- City: Tempe
- Size: 16,819 square feet
This new office space for Crest Insurance Group moves the company’s Arizona headquarters from the Scottsdale Financial Center to the ninth floor of the landmark 100 Mill building, nearly doubling company’s local metro Phoenix footprint.
Crest’s sophisticated yet welcoming office supports a variety of uses, from flexible workspaces to integrative collaboration points that encourage team interaction. Because Crest employees often need privacy for sensitive client conversations, purpose-built quiet areas were designed specifically for individual conversations.
Acoustic treatments allow employees to focus on their work while maintaining an open, communicative environment. For example, enclosed offices and meeting areas are designed to limit noise and sound transfer. In equally important collaboration areas, white sound, sound masking and acoustical ceiling grids help reduce noise levels to minimize disruptions.
Across the office, lighter wood tones are set against high-contrast black marble, creating a dramatic look that is both friendly and elevated, making users feel like they are enjoying a moment in a hotel lobby versus a sterile office. A mix of natural and artificial lighting is also used to create a bright, energized atmosphere.
Offerpad

- Developer: Caliber Project Management
- General contractor: Wespac Construction
- Architect: RSP Architects
- Owner: Offerpad Solutions
- Subcontractors: Faciliteq, Transact Interiors, Pete King Construction, Maplewood Cabinetry, Pena Acoustics
- City: Tempe
- Size: 37,289 square feet
Located on the fifth floor of The Beam on Farmer, Offerpad Solutions’ new office space is a first-generation tenant improvement delivering a high-performance workspace that balances modern functionality with the building’s distinctive architectural character.
Designed with flexibility and collaboration in mind, the office features executive offices along the perimeter, open workspaces, multiple break areas and dedicated collaboration zones. One of the project’s defining features is its raised access flooring system, a strategic solution that conceals mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems beneath while maintaining the visual integrity of The Beam’s exposed mass timber structure. This approach preserves the natural beauty of the building while supporting a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
To enhance both functionality and style, the space incorporates Teknion demountable office front systems, allowing for adaptability without compromising on design. The training and break rooms stand out with Arktura soundbar ceiling treatments, custom millwork, and sleek solid surface countertops, while additional break areas showcase specialty millwork and acoustic ceiling accents.
The LEGO Group

- Developer: Breakwater Property Group
- General contractor: Layton Construction
- Architect: IA Interior Architects
- Subcontractors: Fine Line, Integrity Electric, Adobe Drywall, TP Acoustics, Faciliteq
- City: Tempe
- Size: 40,000 square feet
The project transformed the fourth floor of The Beam on Farmer — Arizona’s first cross-laminated timber structure — into a dynamic 40,000-square-foot hub for The LEGO Group’s Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) team. This tenant improvement features a raised access floor and exposed wood beam ceilings that celebrate the building’s sustainable CLT construction. The open office layout integrates playful, brand-inspired elements alongside functional workspaces, including collaborative conference rooms, training spaces, a tea point, game room, and creative “campfire” area—crafted to reflect LEGO’s core value of “Play Well” and foster collaboration and well-being.
Designed for inclusivity, productivity, and fan-centric purpose, the space accommodates 168 workstations and supports approximately 150 employees — with plans to grow to 180. The office’s thoughtful integration of classic LEGO brick motifs and local cultural touches establishes an environment that is both inspiring and deeply aligned with brand identity.
Beyond design and amenities, this project has strategic regional impact: selecting Tempe — a rapidly growing metropolitan market with strong talent access — strengthens LEGO’s presence in the Greater Phoenix area while enhancing customer engagement infrastructure nationwide.
TikTok USDS

- Developer: Stockdale Capital Partners
- General contractor: JT Magen
- Architect: Gensler
- Owner: TikTok USDS
- Subcontractors: PK Associates, Energy Systems Design, McKay Conant Hoover, Coherent Design
- City: Scottsdale
- Size: 56,000 square feet
TikTok Scottsdale marked a new chapter for the organization with a transformative 56,000-square-foot office designed to celebrate TikTok’s expressive, inclusive culture while prioritizing employee well-being. The project team was challenged to create an environment that not only supports productivity but also protects and inspires professionals who carry the immense psychological weight of safeguarding digital landscapes. Fully occupied by 400 employees, the tenant improvement integrates spaces that foster creativity, collaboration and restoration, setting a new benchmark for workplace design in the digital age.
Rooted in Arizona’s natural beauty, the design draws inspiration from desert sunrises and iconic landscapes. A calming palette, custom wall graphics, a 3D copper mountain wall, and a bespoke LED fixture shaped by Camelback Mountain’s topography create a strong, local sense of place while reinforcing TikTok’s vibrant identity.
Wellness was the project’s guiding principle. Flexible wellness rooms, a group therapy space that doubles as a yoga studio, and a vibrant cantina serve as hubs for connection and renewal. A large digital screen at the entrance celebrates employee milestones, fostering belonging. Every detail from soft finishes and curved architectural forms to varied work settings was designed to empower employees to move seamlessly between focus, collaboration and rest.
Dutch Bros

- General contractor: Wespac Construction
- Architect: Corgan
- Owner: Dutch Bros
- Subcontractors: Walters & Wolf, Barrett Homes, T-Bar-H, Airpark, Forward Tilt
- City: Tempe
- Size: 146,000 square feet
The new Dutch Bros headquarters in Arizona marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth, both in terms of physical space and strategic expansion. Spanning 146,000 square feet, the relocation establishes Arizona as a central hub for the beloved beverage brand’s operations, reinforcing its investment in the region and long-term vision for scalable growth.
More than just a new corporate office, the space is a bold manifestation of Dutch Bros’ high-energy, community-driven brand. Known for its loyal fan base, philanthropic culture and vibrant identity, Dutch Bros sought a headquarters that would reflect and reinforce the very essence of its company culture — a workplace that energizes employees, inspires creativity, and supports collaboration at every turn.
Tasked with bringing this vision to life, Corgan’s design team embraced the Dutch Bros spirit from day one. The approach centered on channeling the brand’s signature optimism and bold personality into every architectural decision. Rather than overdesigning, the team opted for a neutral base palette — natural materials, warm finishes and open layouts — so that the company’s branded graphics and unique storytelling moments could take center stage.
The decision to relocate and expand in Arizona signals a major investment in the region’s talent and future. As Dutch Bros continues to scale nationally, this headquarters becomes a powerful anchor for its operations in the Southwest. It creates new job opportunities, expands its talent pipeline, and reinforces the Phoenix metro area’s status as a hub for national brands and innovation-minded companies.
