The Arizona Association for Economic Development’s (AAED) October luncheon will feature a panel discussion on Human Capital Affecting Housing Trends.

It will be held on Oct. 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 2901 N. Seventh St. in Phoenix.

The discussion will include views from companies about how their strategy on the access to housing/amenities and vibe/culture plays into the site selection process.
