Anchor Health Properties bought 2.58 acres of land in Scottsdale for $4 million, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The price breaks down to $1,550,387.60 per acre.
The land is located at 5316 E. Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, at the northwest corner of 54th Street and Shea Boulevard.

The seller was Steve Addison.
The land is expected to be the site of a 25,000-square-foot medical office outpatient facility for HonorHealth. $16,351,744 in new construction debt with First Horizon Bank has been secured for the project.
HireAHelper, the online marketplace for finding, comparing and booking moving transportation and services, recently released results from a new study examining U.S. moving trends and Scottsdale wins the popularity contest. The study showed Scottsdale was the top city by net moves, with 68% more people moving in versus moving out.
