In the spirit of the holiday season, artHAUS—an urban infill residential project in Midtown Phoenix’s Arts and Culture Community—is kicking off a month-long initiative to benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation. Local Architect and Developer Jason Boyer announced that with every unit contract taken in the month of December, artHAUS will make a $500 donation to the Foundation on behalf of the buyer. He says, “PCH was there for my family when our daughter had early health complications as a baby. The hospital has invested so much in supporting Phoenix families with its care and recent expansion. I can’t think of a better organization to support during this holiday season.”

artHAUS projects, an architect led development firm formed by Boyer, broke ground this past summer on its first major project—artHAUS. The development consists of 25 uniquely designed, smart, modern dwellings. The development is being constructed at 1st Avenue just north of McDowell Road. It is minutes from Phoenix Children’s Hospital and within walking distance of world-class museums, entertainment, and dining in the heart of Midtown. Boyer says, “artHAUS is about the Art of Living and appeals to a certain type of buyer—one who appreciates architecture and design.” He adds, “It’s an ideal hub for those who want to live, work and play among the Midtown Phoenix Arts and Culture Community.” Boyer is confident the idea of “Paying it Forward” to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation will be a success, not only for the families who rely on the hospital, but with artHAUS’ potential residents as well.

artHAUS brings an unexpected and attainable option to Midtown, promoting a progressive urban lifestyle that harmonizes with the neighboring Willo Historic District. artHAUS residents will move in by late May of 2016. Twenty percent of the units have already sold.

The Velocity Group at Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living is marketing the project. Units range in size from 560 to 1900 square feet. Contracts are now being taken on the remaining units between $240K and $497K. For sales information, or to book an exclusive tour,
