Cushman & Wakefield announced that Masyno Osborn, LLC (Anthony Bibars) of Coolidge, Ariz. purchased 2.34 acres, at 3500 N. 4th Avenue in Phoenix, Ariz., for $5 million, from Phoenix-based Seventh Camel, Inc. (Kerry Knight).

Located at the northwest corner of Osborn Road and 4th Avenue in the Central Corridor, the opportunity consists of 100,188 square feet of developable land. The 2.34-acre development site is near the Valley Metro Light Rail and at the center of the Central Corridor among new residential, restaurants, and healthcare, education and research campuses.

Mark Bramlett, David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the transaction.
