YAM Properties LLC has officially added The Shops at Norterra to its growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets. The open-air lifestyle and shopping center is located in North Phoenix – off the I-17 and Happy Valley Rd. – and offers more than 50 options for dining, shopping and personal and professional services. Norterra also hosts a variety of events throughout the year including fitness classes and live music.

Over the next three to six months, YAM Properties will welcome more than half a dozen new tenants to Norterra including:

• Sephora

• All American Patio Furniture

• Luv 2 Play

• State 48 Brewery

• Osteria Mia Italian Restaurant

• Crumbl Cookies

• Morning Ritual

• Tikka Shack

• Koi Poke

Located near two of the busiest highways in the state (Interstate 17 and Loop 101) and within five miles of Deer Valley Airport, The Shops at Norterra offers easy access to downtown Phoenix and suburbs across the Phoenix-Metro area. Nearly 700,000 people reside within in a 10-mile radius of Norterra and the population is expected to grow to more than 750,000 in the next five years.

“As a thriving, multiuse retail center in a rapidly expanding part of town, The Shops at Norterra is a great fit for YAM Properties,” said Dan Dahl, director of real estate for YAM Properties. “We look forward to bringing new tenants and events into Norterra and serving the growing North Phoenix community.”
