The $4M Class A office building will house the law firm Plattner, Schneidman & Schneider PC. It is the first new office building started in North Scottsdale in more than 2 years. Construction began February 2010, and will finish in December. Subs include Fyffe Masonry, Commonwealth Electric, Whitton Concrete and TCK A/C.
