The 63 lots are located northeast of Dysart Rd and Happy Valley Rd, north of Loop 303. Ashton Woods will be positioned adjacent to Scott Communities and Richmond American within the community. A subsequent closing for the remaining 63 finished lots is scheduled for later in 2019.
M Construction Purchases 51 lots in Casa Grande
Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale team of Ryan Semro, Bret Rinehart and Ben Heglie, represented the Seller, Los Portales Holdings LLC in the transaction of 51 lots to M Construction, LLC for $1,683,000 on July 9th, 2019.
The buyer, Brown Homes, made this third and final transaction in Los Portales by purchasing the remaining 51 finished lots (55’ x 110’), located at the W of NWC of Pinal Avenue and Kortsen Road in Casa Grande, AZ.
