- Renovatio, a 30-unit property located at 6741 North 45th Avenue in Glendale, sold for $1.97 million. The buyer was Michael and Lynn Walsh of Santa Rosa, Calif. The seller was Bryan Apartments, LLC of Maywood, Ill.
- Pecan Tree, a 44-unit community located at 432-448 South Mesa Drive in Mesa, sold for $1.91 million. The buyer was Redwood City, Calif.-based Villa Del Prado Associates, LLC. The seller was JPR Investment Properties, LLC of Chandler, Ariz.
- Monte Vista, an 88-unit community located at 2110 North 32nd Street in Phoenix, sold for $3.3 million. The buyer was Phoenix-based Monte Vista Capital, LLC of Glendale, Calif. The seller was Monte Vista Gardens 2110, LLC.
