Clearlink selects Downtown Scottsdale for expansion

A ribbon-cutting celebration and grand opening Wednesday officially marked Clearlink as the latest company to lease class A office space at the Galleria Corporate Centre in Downtown Scottsdale, which is also the company’s first office outside of its headquarters in Utah.

Clearlink, a SYKES company offering inbound demand generation and sales conversion services, takes over 40,000 square feet of office space recently vacated after Zenefits closed its Arizona sales office.

“Identifying the right market and office space for an expansion is a pivotal decision for any rapidly growing company,” said Phil Hansen, Clearlink’s CEO. “Clearlink’s expansion to the Greater Phoenix Area will give us increased exposure within a growing and diverse business community; along with access to a talented workforce.”

The company’s expansion plans include hiring 500 employees for the new site, which is located in the heart of Downtown Scottsdale. Clearlink employees will find over 50 restaurants, 30 bars, 5,000 existing multifamily units and 1,000 more under construction.

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, executed the lease transaction for this expansion on behalf of Clearlink.

Clearlink was represented in this transaction by Savills Studley Senior Vice President and Phoenix Branch Manager Tiffany Winne and Senior Managing Director Michael White.

“Downtown Scottsdale is one of the Southwest’s premier destinations to work and play,” said Savills Studley Senior Managing Director Michael White. “This distinct location offers limitless potential for a young and vibrant company like Clearlink. The unique space will help reinforce their position at the forefront of their industry.”

As a part of a favorable lease agreement, Savills Studley was able to secure extensive concessions for Clearlink, including move-in ready furniture, fixtures and equipment provided by the landlord. Clearlink’s new space features a stylish open-office layout design, in addition to private training and conference rooms equipped with modern telecommunication technologies.

“The dynamic office space we have secured matches Clearlink’s unique and award-winning culture,” Hansen added.
