WINLEE Development, the real estate development division of Phoenix-based investment firm Winfield Lee Investments, is building a 7,400-square-foot Charles Schwab location for the iconic wealth management and financial services firm. The new location will be at Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE @ Fashion Square.

Charles Schwab & Co. has more than $3.72 trillion in assets under management, has a market cap of over $55 billion, is a Fortune 500 company, is one of the Top 50 of the World’s Most Admired Companies, and is recognized as one of Arizona’s Most Admired Companies.

PRIMEGATE is the marquee, frontage component of the 25-acre award-winning Chandler Viridian mixed- use project which also features class-A offices, luxury residential & hospitality. The project is located at the NWC of the Loops 101 & 202 freeways interchange, offering direct freeway visibility and access, and is at the main entrance to the Chandler Fashion Center super regional luxury mall. It is the gateway to Chandler’s highly regarded Price employment corridor, as well.

The Charles Schwab building sits directly on the hard corner of PRIMEGATE, providing it with tremendous exposure.

PRIMEGATE is the destination, crowning element of the $250,000,000 Chandler Viridian project, which won “Best Mixed-Use Project of the Year” Award from the NAIOP and was master-planned by Hines. Located at the entrance to the Chandler Fashion Center overlay, other notable neighboring users are Nordstrom, Apple, Microsoft, Lululemon, Harkins Fashion 20 Theatres, Crayola Experience, as well as Super Target & Costco, to name a few.

The project is being developed by WINLEE Development (a division of Phoenix-based Winfield Lee Investments, Peter Nelson and Gary Emery, principals). Construction of PRIMEGATE will be completed this September, 2019, with Charles Schwab anticipated to open later this year. Other tenants include Panera Bread, The Sicilian Butcher, Charles Schwab and an additional major announcement coming imminently.
