Linthicum has installed the new sliding window wall comprised of six 370-pound glass bi-folding doors creating the enhanced panoramic view for the dining room at Desert Highlands Clubhouse.
The giant glass doors comprising the new window wall each measure six feet wide by 10 feet high and open to the scenic Pinnacle Peak mountain backdrop for the magnificent indoor/outdoor dining experience.
The much awarded 30,000-square-foot Desert Highlands Clubhouse in north Scottsdale is under restoration construction by Linthicum and planned for completion in late October.
Linthicum is restoring Desert Highlands Clubhouse’s formal and informal dining areas and clubhouse bar to reflect a more sophisticated design while maintaining its casual elegance. In addition, Linthicum is expanding the clubhouse bar terrace for additional seating, creating a new al fresco dining area with awning windows along the bar.
