SB2-Gilbert, LLC, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company announced a new mixed-use development, Verde at Cooley Station. Located at the southwest corner of E. Williams Field Road and S. Recker Road, this 23-acre project will include restaurants, retail, offices, health and wellness facilities, and apartment residences.

Verde at Cooley Station Station will include retail and restaurant space surrounding a central gathering place, called “The Green”. Within The Green, Verde will have a children’s play area and a pavilion that can be utilized for various events and activities. Around The Green will be a cluster of restaurants with various cuisines. Restaurants will have outdoor patios within which patrons can enjoy events at the pavilion while dining.

The Sterling at Verde, a 340-unit apartment community will be designed to accommodate all age groups, with access to resort-style amenities and elevator service. All buildings will offer either adjacent or tuck-under garages or carports. Plans for this property include incorporating solar panels and charging stations for electric vehicles. Apartment homes will feature designer finishes, controlled access across the campus and rapid wi-fi, as well as, luxury amenities with a state-of-the-art athletic club and a resort-style pool and spa.
