More family friendly options are coming to the Salt River area with the addition of the Great Wolf Lodge. It will feature a 85,000-square-foot water park and 27,000-square-foot entertainment center along with a 350-room hotel on the 18-acre property.

This Foreign Trade Zone capable property will offer modern industrial space with 40-foot clear height and high-volume trailer storage and maneuverability. This is the first facility of a master plan industrial park that will total 215 acres and 3.6 million square feet. The project will also feature fifteen retail, restaurant and service sites along 83rd Avenue.
