The Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) announced on Tuesday that Ashley Snyder, Senior Vice President of Cresa, has been elected to the IAMC board of directors. Jennifer Roth, Senior Manager, Real Estate at Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc, and Don Hansen, Sr. Director of Real Estate and Development at W.W. Grainger were also elected to the board.

“IAMC’s board of directors is a hands-on, passionate group of individuals dedicated to the association and corporate real estate as a whole,” said J. Tate Godfrey, CEcD, IAMC executive director. “Ashley Snyder, one of IAMC’s newest directors, is a standout addition to this prestigious board.  I cannot think of a better group of leaders to help propel IAMC into even greater success in the future.”

Ashley has been a part of IAMC since the Fall of 2006. She is a designated IAMC Fellow, a moderator of “Get Some Help” breakout session, an Ambassador, and an active participant in the Membership Committee.

Cresa is a Charter Member of IAMC through the firm’s Designated Representative, Gary Gregg, Managing Principal.

Founded in the summer of 2002 by Atlanta-based Conway Inc. and its founder McKinley Conway, IAMC has grown into a highly influential professional association of more than 600 members, including senior real estate directors from 3M, Air Products and Chemicals, Anixter, BASF, Corning, PepsiCo, General Mills, Kohler, The Linde Group, Pfizer, Weyerhaeuser and many other large industrial firms.

Today, IAMC’s leaders and staff remain steadfast to the core value proposition of the association: a devotion to its members and to providing world-class education, leadership development, and relationship building for industrial real estate professionals.
